Order Processing

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days (Monday through Friday).

  • Processing time does not include shipping duration.

  • Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or if an item is temporarily out of stock. If this occurs, we will notify you and ship available items separately when possible.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery times vary depending on:

    • Shipping method selected

    • Carrier practices

    • Order volume at the time of purchase

  • Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email. Please allow 1–2 business days for tracking updates.

Out-of-Stock & Partial Orders

  • If part of your order is out of stock, we may ship the available items first.

  • Remaining items will ship once restocked at no additional shipping charge.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Taxes & Duties

Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.
